New album available on Bandcamp...

An unfinished project from 2010, with some music going back nearly 30 years. My music passion was put aside when setting up Longsummer illustrations in 2009.

14 tracks plus 1 on this site only.

1. A Thousand Moments
.....this started life as a different song in 1998. New lyrics, arrangement and recording.

2. Early Train
.....mostly a recording from 2010.

3. Suburb Sleepers
.....started life as a different song in 1996. New lyrics, arrangement and recording.

4. The Limitless Distance
.....has been made in various forms over 30 years. This recording mostly from 2010.

5. The Far Familiar
.....started with some old chords but is virtually a new piece for 2019!

6. The Summer Sky
.....a reworking of a different 1991 song, with new lyrics.
(these first 3 album songs are related musically).

7. One More Lonely Satellite
.....recorded between 2005 and 2010.

8. Alpine Walk
.....this recording is from 2001. Original from 1998.

9. Lighter Than Air
.....one of 4 tracks made at the end of 2008 in a challenge to write and record a 2 minute piece in 2 hours!

10. Beautiful Moon
.....the verses are from a 2007 song, the chorus from a 1997 song.

11. High In The Alpine
.....written and recorded in 2007.

12. Snow Shoes
.....original from 2000. This recording from ‘Nightfall’ album, 2005.

13. Winter Of Content
(Bonus Track)... written and recorded for ‘Nightfall’ album, 2005.
(a homage to Mike Oldfield!)

14. Blink Of An Eye (Killing Time)
(Bonus Track)... I felt that the ‘Beautiful Moon’ music was ideal for a Bond movie title song, so I wrote some ‘Bond’ style lyrics! Musically, the verses are from a 2007 song, the chorus from a 1997 song.

(bonus track)
By You

Available on this site only.
A cover of my favourite song.
by Tony Banks from his album The Fugitive, 1983.

The Million Moments
.....is a name for myself, Bradley Hutchings, to use for some of my music.

One More Lonely Satellite
.....there is a loose theme to the album. We follow a man carrying memories of his one love, as he leaves Paris and travels to a chalet high above Chamonix in the French Alps.
Much is programmed in GarageBand but with some live recording of guitars, bass, keyboard. Vocals by myself, with Tiffany Richards.
